Review: Firebird chicken sandwiches As a spouse of someone who is highly sensitive to gluten, it's not always easy to find good gluten-free food that both people will enjoy, especially when one has no gluten sensitivity. Firebird Chicken Sandwiches is a giant contradiction to that statement. All of their chicken is gluten-free. The meat is tender and juicy, the breading is delicate yet crunchy , the homemade ranch is off the charts, and the tater tots are an awesome side. I would highly recommend this eatery, whether you are gf, celiac, or no food allergies at all. The hardest part was finding them. It is in a food collective with 5 other eateries. Review: First time at Firebird Chicken Sandwiches today! Wow! We pre ordered the fried chicken meal and I am speechless! That was the most delicious meal and incredibly priced. It had my doing my happy dance! My gluten-eating-husband was amazed by all of it as well. Highly recommend for the food and incredible customer service. You won’t be disappointed!

Review: I can’t say enough good things about this place. First off the owner Jesse is so kind, down to earth and knowledgeable. Somebody like me with allergies felt really safe knowing he was the one preparing my food. Even if you don’t have a gluten allergy like me please eat here, honestly some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time and super affordable! I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner, will definitely be coming back anytime I’m in the springs. 10/10 thanks again Jesse!
