Review: Let me start by saying that we are used to family hotels in Trentino in summer and winter... the difference is notable! Mini club almost non-existent, we often tried to leave our 2 year old daughter and punctually after exactly two minutes she was brought back to us... children are actually not very involved by the entertainment staff! Unfortunately we had a week in which it rained almost all the time and it was also cold, so if it rains you've finished your holiday... in Trentino if it rains they organize all kinds of card tournaments, table football, team games, master chefs for the little ones, we never get bored...we had to leave on Sunday we decided to leave on Friday morning...we paid for the whole week and paid for the car parking separately when in my opinion it should be a service included in the price, since the parking belongs to the structure! Acceptable food, but NO fish! Cleaning of the room very well! Very well equipped, yes, for lactose-free and gluten-free! The weak but very weak point is the mini club and entertainment! When we booked, there were 5 of us, we understood that we would have a room with two rooms inside, but instead we found a single room, in the bathroom the bidet was in the shower due to lack of space!

Review: We stayed for a week with 3 children, one of which was only 3 months old. We didn't miss anything, it truly offers all the services a family needs; from the sterilization of baby bottles, to everything needed for baby food/meals etc., to daily entertainment for adults and children (a special thanks to Cristian and Alessia). Friendly and extremely helpful staff: from the guys in the dining room to those in the bar, not to mention the girls at reception and cleaning. Heated swimming pool with green area and inflatables, very comfortable sea just a few steps away with a few rows of umbrellas (which allows for a less chaotic environment than Rimini/Riccione). A plus are the all-inclusive drinks and table service at meals. Gluten-free cuisine rated 10! In short, the perfect holiday for a family! We have already booked for next year 😜

Review: Fantastic staff, very nice and clean rooms, the chef is very good at making everyone agree... Gluten and lactose free...... However, if you arrived a little later you risked finding the buffet sparse. A fundamental and painful note... is the animation. Almost absent with little initiative. I have never seen entertainers having breakfast at 9.30am. On the beach, either you remembered to take the baby to the fence or he was there..... If he's a little shy, it's over. In the evening 20 minutes of baby dens with very old songs. In the pool? Bitterness as much as you can. So they didn't do what was written in the program. For adults I accidentally saw that they were playing an operational game. I don't mind anyone..... I just hope to give constructive advice.
