I am so incredibly happy that Camp Celiac is a thing. I have been going to camp since I was 8 years old (21 now) and was diagnosed with celiac when I was 18, so to see a place that not only serves "gluten friendly" food, but "celiac friendly" makes my heart so full. I wish this had've existed when I was a camper!!
