Review: Here's finally an interesting tip if you want to eat out in Frohnhausen! I didn't really care about the concept of low carb, but I think it's always good to try something new. There are vegetarian dishes and some with meat. I had black bean pasta with gorgonzola sauce; The noodles had a bite and were much tastier than the legume noodles I had previously known. We were there on the weekend so we were able to try the pizza. The dough was rather dark, made from buckwheat, as I remember correctly. The pizza was super tasty, but you would probably be disappointed if you expected an original Italian pizza. It just looks a little different and tastes a little different, but that's the point. We also tried the cauliflower rice with mushroom pan, great! We were stuffed afterwards. I tried the homemade lemonade, I thought it was very good. The decor is very rustic because it was probably taken over from the previous restaurant. The toilets are designed with more care and there is everything your heart desires (deodorant spray, hygiene products...). The owner is super nice, dog friendly and likes alternative music from the 90s.
