Review: Absolutely fantastic! I recently visited this gluten-free bakery in Chamberi and I was blown away by the delicious treats they offered. I am not interested in gluten free, fat free, sugar free or whatever, I just like delicious, and this place is just AWESOME!! The variety of gluten-free options was impressive, and the taste was absolutely delightful I couldn’t believe it was gluten free. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for high-quality gluten-free products in Chamberi. It's a true gem!

Review: The gluten free brioche was exceptional. We flew home with two bags. They traveled well.

Review: If you’re celiac, please add this place to your bucket list! Best gf brioche I’ve had; so chewy, buttery, and full of stretch. Luis was very nice and helpful, I’ll be going back to say hello and get another bamba!

Review: I'm a neighbor who, as soon as I heard about the opening of this site, went to gossip a little about its products and I already knew I was going to love it... but they surprised me. Starting with the staff, despite the stress that comes with a new opening, they seemed excited, very motivated, affectionate and attentive to customers and with an incredible relationship between colleagues. Just because of all this, you know that they are going to work very well. Regarding their products: I have been very surprised by the variety of pastries, bakeries, empanadas, cakes, pastas... I have never seen so many products based on flour and GLUTEN FREE. I haven't been able to try them all yet, but they look excellent, you just have to see the photos (although I'm not the best photographer, better visit them). For now, I can tell you that I never thought that the best cinnamon roll I have ever eaten would be gluten-free. The prices did not seem high to me, speaking in gluten-free terms and taking into account the quality... they are even cheap. I hope they do great, that non-celiacs also try their products because they will not disappoint you and that they continue to do well for many years to come.
