I used to attend gluten-free bread classes before,after a lot of try& error I finally managed to develop the noodle recipe!
I would say the texture is quite close to regular ramen noodle.
Sadly most of gluten-free noodle in market is used a lot of chemical additives.
In my class you will get the skill to remake the natural  and delicious gluten-free noodle at home whenever you would like to eat.
