Review: Absolutely devinnneeee. This place is some culinary magic. The cinnamon roll is as good as it looks. So phenomenal. Can’t believe it’s gluten or dairy free. The scone is great. Dense, but delicious. The ginger cookie is amazing. The banana bread is just alright, kinda mushy/stretchy. Not my fav. The biscuit is great!! The fake egg on the biscuit sandwich is 6/10. But the biscuit itself is awesome. Ofc, all vegan and gluten free. There’s not really anywhere to sit inside.

Review: My first cinnamon roll in over 6 years and it did not disappoint!! The texture was so good my non-GF friends loved it too! I also tried their mushroom danish but didn’t like the mustard/dressing they used at all it was too sour for me but if they had any, I would try a different flavored danish. Anyways so grateful for a dedicated yet delicious gluten-free place!!

Review: As a girl with a wheat allergy, Bub’s is a dream come true! Their cinnamon roll is to DIE for. Tastes exactly like the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls I had as a kid pre-wheat allergy diagnosis (lol). It’s buttery, flakey, and has a croissant-like texture with layers. Served warm, too! Amazing. Wish it came with a bit more frosting, but otherwise it’s perfect. We also got the banana bread, which was okay. Kind of dry and nothing too special. Maybe it’d be better warmed up with some salted butter. They have plenty of other treats (including banana pudding, which was sold out at 4 PM when we went) that I cannot wait to try! Overall, a great experience. The line looked long, but went by quickly. Kind of expensive, but it’s gluten free and New York. Worth it!
