Review: 3 stars for what felt like a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. The biggest issue is that we came here for a wedding and more than half the wedding group came down violently sick from what was most likely food poisoning. There were multiple other issues that made it feel like it wasn’t a 5 star stay. The room we stayed in had several problems like a leaky sink and broken locks, and we had to chase the workers multiple times to fix it. The food was mediocre at best, mostly passing for just edible. The drinks are clearly watered down. Some of the service workers were rude. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. The hotel did not want to take any accountability for the issues, and did not do anything meaningful to try to make things right. The only redeeming factor, but even barely at that, is that the beach is very nice. Though I would recommend to find another resort on the same beach and avoid the headache and food poisoning here.

Review: Went on a family vacation for 8 adults and 2 kids! Overall the best all inclusive we have been to! Staff is so friendly and kind! The beach is incredible! We spent most of our time there because the water is so beautiful! Luckily at this time of year no seaweed! Food has been better than all of our other places we have been (Cuba and Mexico)! We loved Coco Cafe for their espressoo and Lattes! Loved that they had some milk alternatives for people who are dairy free! Rooms were nice, well kept and clean but getting to them can feel like a maze! We loved this place and as a family would return in the future!
