Review: Great food that takes gluten free seriously! I had the gluten free chicken nuggets and gluten free fish and chips. Both were delicious and had a great texture. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Review: I traveled from Dublin, Ireland to Denver for work, and as someone with celiac disease I always research carefully before eating out. Federal Bar & Grill kept coming up for their gluten free food, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. The restaurant is nestled in a relaxed neighborhood setting and has a great local vibe. What really sets it apart is that the owner and his wife are both celiac, so they truly understand how serious gluten safety is. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind about dietary needs. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor, not like typical “safe” food. Best of all, I did not get sick at all, which says everything. As a bonus, they even had a gluten free American blonde beer on draft, which felt like a rare treat while traveling. If you are visiting Denver and need a place you can actually trust for gluten free dining, this spot is a must. Great food, great people, and real peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Review: Been going to federal b&g for a couple years. Staff: the owner is amazing and is definitely passionate about his establishment. He is always there and making sure you are taken care of. The bartenders and servers are always efficient and friendly Food: food always comes out hot and is delicious. All of the burgers and appetizers on the menu are top notch. I recommend the federalé burger Gluten free: best gluten free bar food in Denver. They cater well to celiac as they use a different frier and grill for GF foods. The owner and his children are all GF and they can pretty much make anything on the menu gluten free

Review: If you are gluten-free, this is the place to be! The food here was amazing, and the service was excellent. As soon as they come to take your order, they ask if there are any gluten-free orders. They have dedicated fryers! All the GF options are clearly listed on the menu. We went during the day so there weren't too many people in the restaurant. There is a lot of seating and a free parking lot. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning.
