Review: I'm giving a 5 star rating before we even try it! My wife has celiac, and we struggle to find dessert that she likes. We will be picking up a surprise bag today. Her excitement is enough for me.

Review: I’m so impressed !! These are some of the best donuts/cupcakes I have had in general, not just gluten free/dairy free. Entire bakery is gluten free with a ton of dairy free and vegan options. How they get everything so moist and flavorful, I’m not sure but it’s rare! Each of the 4 treats we got were delicious, flavorful, and not dry at all. Also, roughly $5 each is totally reasonable for any gourmet cupcake place, let alone a gluten free bakery.

Review: I am dairy free and struggled to find a bakery that could meet our needs for a wedding cake, until I found Wave The Grain. We ended up with a dairy and gluten free cake so that all of our guests with dietary restrictions could enjoy it. The ordering process was seamless, and they even delivered our cake out to Breckenridge. Thanks for everything, it was delicious!

Review: This is a great place for GF, DF, Keto & Vegan options. I picked up some of their Keto cupcakes as well as their GF, DF cupcakes today. Loved both cupcake types, no complaints there. Beautiful & yummy. Nice to not have to worry about cross contamination with ingredients. I can't say enough about the staff. Sweet, courteous, & helpful. They make you feel like you're an old friend that comes by daily even if it's your first time there! I also wanted to try some of their savory options so I picked up one of their sausage burritos and a pork arepa. I really enjoyed the "sausage" burrito. It's actually chorizo which is in the description, but I have to say that it was scant. Very little chorizo inside but when you did get a little bite of it, it was good! The red salsa is not spicy, very tiny kick, good salsa flavor. I was told the green chili sauce was spicy so I didn't try it. The arepa, I LOVE arepas. When I can't have a Mexican gordita, arepas are like its cousin and can satisfy the craving. I really wanted to like this one. It was ok. Nothing will compare to an authentic, fried, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, black bean, meat & cheese arepa so I'm not comparing it to that. This arepa was ok for a healthier alternative. Good corn flavor & of course GF! The texture was a little dry. The filling was interesting. It was a red pork filling but I still expected it to be savory since it was called a Venezuela Pork Arepa. The meat fillings are savory. The pork in this one was sweet. It reminded me of a BBQ shredded pork kind of filling. Like what you would find in a pulled pork sandwich. I don't care for sweet meats in my arepas so I didn't finish it. Different for sure. I'll try a different type next time I'm in because I'll definitely be back for more sweets and will try some of their other savory dishes too! Great find, highly recommend the sweets.

Everything I tried was delicious! The parties were more bread-like than flakes, but buttery and delicious. They have many dairy free and vegetarian options!
