Review: I got my wedding cake here and could not have been happier with it! The cake was so delicious and was a lot bigger than I had initially imagined. It was also very reasonably priced! I got a single-tier gluten-free chocolate cutting cake and had purchased some regular vanilla sheet cake for the rest of our guests, but we had a lot of people who said they preferred the chocolate cake, and they didn't even realize that it was gluten and dairy-free! And these were Midwesterners no less! I am so happy that I discovered this bakery, I will definitely be back, they have so many delicious gluten-free treats in addition to their cakes. If you are looking for a gluten/dairy-free cake for your next event I 1000% recommend The gluten Free Baking Co.!

Review: Ordered donuts for my son's birthday to share with his classmates and school staff. Was told by multiple people that they were delish! Many of the students have food allergies. I was happy that everyone was able to enjoy the treat! Check out their website. Other than gluten free options , there are dairy free options, vegan options and soy free options. If ordering ahead, check to see how much notice is needed to make the item so that you can get it when needed such as cakes and cupcakes.
