Review: I absolutely love this gem of a place where they have homemade delights all gluten free, lots of paleo and vegan options too! Smoothies, sandwiches, bowls, coffee, pastries, everything so far has been delicious including their house made cashew milk.

Review: Hands down my favorite cafe in 𝑆𝑎𝑛 𝐷𝑖𝑒𝑔𝑜. I come here almost every day and the food, coffee, and bakery items are exceptional. Almost everything (𝘪𝘧 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨) is made from scratch and if you are gluten-free, then you’re in luck. They are 𝟏𝟎𝟎% gluten-free. Pretty cool right? If you're looking for 𝘨𝘧 muffins, the blueberry keto ones are delicious. They also have 𝘨𝘧 cinnamon rolls, 𝘨𝘧 coffee cake, and many others. The 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘪 𝘸/ 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘸 𝘮𝘰𝘻𝘻𝘢, 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘢, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘰 is my personal favorite item here. The coffee is better than anything you'll get at most places too… The 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘭 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦 𝘸/ 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘸 𝘔𝘪𝘭𝘬 is the one I am most 𝒇𝒐𝒏𝒅 of. They 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑒 their own cashew milk too. Ａｍａｚｉｎｇ．．． The operation is 𝓈𝓂𝑜𝑜𝓉𝒽. Prices are reasonable. The 𝓅𝑒𝑜𝓅𝓁𝑒 are also outstanding… 𝘑𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯, 𝘚𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯, 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘰𝘴, 𝘔𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘯, 𝘑𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘓𝘶𝘤𝘺, 𝘖𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳, and 𝘈𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘢 deserve a very special shout-out. Review: This place is a hidden gem of healthy and delicious food!! I wanted to check this place out because I heard great things about the food and it delivered. THE FOOD: I ordered the Twisted Reuben sandwich (pastrami but not greasy at all) and also a cranberry goat cheese salad that had extremely delightful thinly sliced pears and candied walnuts! I didn’t even use any dressing because everything was so fresh and tasty! So so good. I wanted to try every thing on the menu. THE DRINKS: To top it off, I tried the ginger bone broth (hot) and it just hit the spot! Also tried the chocolate cinnamon cold drink thing (I forgot what it was called), but it had a bunch of healthy good stuff in it and it was perfect. I’m definitely a fan! THE LOCATION: It’s situated in an unassuming small plaza (I think there’s a swimming pool goods shop & random stores) directly adjacent to a home boutique store. OVERALL: It’s absolutely worth coming here if you’re into healthy food that’s good for your body and tastes good too! Highly recommend if you like organic food, in need of gluten free bread and dislike preservatives and or have any gluten or food allergy sensitivities.

Review: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Why isn’t there an option for 10 Stars!! Best dedicated gluten Free deli/bakery food I have eaten in my life! Incredible quality, flavors, and options. The staff is delightful. The vibes are positive and energized. Love this place.
