Review: Harlow On The Fly is a precious little gem of a shop, offering Alberta District and the surrounding NE neighborhoods absolutely amazing health focused food. The menu is gluten free and vegetarian, with plenty of vegan options available too! The dining area is bright, full of plants, and very welcoming. All the dishes are all unique and excellent, providing tons of flavor with plenty of nutrients as well! I highly recommend the scrambles, as well as the Mac and Cheese, for a healthy spin on a traditional favorite!
