Review: How do I explain my first experience with this restaurant? I went in expecting your normal American greasy meal. But this was no ordinary meal. It's was Gluten free, dairy free, and wasn't greasy. It was amazing. The no-guilt food. Oh and the ranch dip with the chicken was amazing. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I fear no meal will ever bring me this much happiness. 100% going again.

Review: As of 6/15 the hours are indeed 11-6 Fri/Sat only (I think the website had different hours posted so I wasn't positive on that). Keep in mind that you'll walk down a flight of stairs from the entry but there is an elevator to the left as you walk in. It's also very much a take out place - there are 2 tables there but it's first come first serve for those. Just good to be aware of, we were able to get one but we didn't have a backup plan in case it was full up. Now, the food - I've had my fair share of chicken & waffles and this is right up there with some of the best I've had. Gluten-free doesn't mean anything to me, but for those for whom it's important it's a big deal and I'm always impressed when I can't tell it's gluten-free. The bacon version was fantastic and I sampled some of my wife's cinnamon ans sugar waffle which was equally tasty. Big fan of this stuff!

Review: This was glorious. Honest to god, best chicken and best waffles I've ever had. We got one of almost everything. My non-gluten-free husband and I just destroyed our waffle spread. He got the bacon/chicken waffles, and I got a side of fried chicken over the peach waffles. Phenomenal all around (and all gluten and dairy free / celiac approved)! As a bonus, apperantly Wednesdays are Free Waffle Wednesdays? We got an extra little bonus powdered sugar nibble for free as a result! We're from Eugene and will gladly drive an hour to eat here again. Owners were very kind and a delight to talk to!

Review: This was our second vist and I forgot how good it was. My husband had the regular chicken and waffles but I went with the C&W Sandwich. I love the honey mustard sauce! You would never know this is GF. The owners are just the sweetest and it's worth the 40 minute drive. I only wish there was a better option for eating there. The dance club lobby is a little sketchy.
