Review: First time visit for my wife and I. They didn’t have all that was shown on the menu, due to the fact that the owner was headed out on vacation. Didn’t matter!!! The ham and cheese croissant and the breakfast quiche were amazing! Can’t wait to make a return trip. Highly recommend if in the area looking for a great gluten free option. Thank you

Review: So delicious! If you are GF, you need to stop here. My husband is not gluten-free and he enjoys their pastries too. Today we got the cream puff, cinnamon roll, and almond croissant and they were all perfection. A lot of GF baked goods are super sugary, but this is not the case here- they are well balanced and flavorful. The baker is a culinary genius.

Review: I had to drive up to Santa Fe for something and thought I'd visit this place to see what's up. I've been diagnosed celiac for about 12 years at this point so I was extremely excited to have found an exclusively gluten free bakery. And boy did they deliver! I think regardless of how things tasted (everything I got was amazing) I was just as excited for the chance to TRY new things, ya know? Everyone else gets donuts and breads and treats without issue, but I'm lucky to get a cake donut here and there or a frozen loaf of bread that is fully intact. I got to try muffins and pastries I've only ever dreamed of eating. I wasn't left out for once!! I will 100% be back, probably going to make this a monthly visit as I have to drive pretty far, but hell, it's worth it

Review: I LOVE this bakery! As a gluten-free, vegan it is honestly such a blessing to have a place such as this in town. I come at least once a week and it is always a treat! Some of my favorites are the blondies, cinnamon rolls, blueberry/raspberry donuts, pb cookies and brownies (my non-vegan or gluten-free boyfriend says these are some the best brownies he's ever eaten!)
