Review: Went here with my cycling group last Saturday and had a GREAT experience. They gave us samples of the freshly baked goods and my gluten free tummy was so happy. Staff is so friendly and the gf treats are excellent. I highly recommend them.

Review: The Maaribu Bakery Food Truck was sooo amazing in helping me secure some cupcakes today! Very thankful for their service and generosity. 10/10 go here if you need some amazing GF baked treats.

Review: First time here and got the lemon loaf and was not disappointed. Love the fact that their whole menu is gluten free, hard to find good GF bakeries but this is definitely one. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other options! Definitely pricey ($10 for a small loaf), but it is gluten free so that’s to be expected. The icing was really tasty and the loaf was decent (not incredible), but again for a GF loaf it’s pretty good. Overall 8/10

Review: I absolutely LOVE the gf goodies here! The doughnuts and scones are my favorite 🩵 Byron is so friendly and is always a joy to see when I stop by for my weekly gf treats at the Maaribu Bakery Truck!
