Review: Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, second breakfast, or dinner Nautical Bowls has you covered. Not only is it healthy but also very tasty. Like chocolate? The cacao cashew butter is mouth watering. Smooth in texture with amazing flavor. They completely are safe for people with gluten and dairy allergies but there are nuts like almonds and cashews. Look for the table with the jar of paper and sit there. Put away your phone and learn more about the people at your table.

Review: Our first time here and we will be back! So excited to find gluten free and dairy free tasty food! The ladies behind the counter were patient and helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. The food was tasty and filling while still light and clean.
