Review: Through a Google search, decided to go here. Lots to choose from. You could get something a little off your ‘normal’ or beyond. It’s all Gluten free. There are vegan and dairy free options. We got the cheese bites to start with. We loved the pineapple salsa. I got the West Coast Flat Bread, and my wife the Southwest bowl with rice and quinoa base and pulled pork. I loved mine. My wife not so much, but loved the bbq sauce. I got the Coconut Rum Punch and my wife got lemonade. She wasn’t a fan of her lemonade but my drink tasted like kool-aid!

Review: Eat at the Queen of Squash now. Get there and eat there all week if you can. So many options all 100% gluten free so celiac safe. Everything we had was delicious and it was fabulous not to worry about getting contaminated. Bring your non gf friends they won't miss the gluten. Bring your vegetarian /vegan friends they'll have a ton of options too. Bring your carnivore and omnivore friends, yes they'll enjoy it too. Basically this place has something to please everyone. Their slogan is Eat healthy but it should be "Eat amazingly delicious food: surprise it's healthy". I cannot say enough good things. I wish it was a chain or at the very least in my home town instead of 2 1/2 hours away. I asked the owner if she would open a restaurant for me. She just smiled. I'm sure she thought I was joking but I wasn't.

Review: The Queen of Squash in Peoria was such a find! outstanding food and such a varied menu - resl meat snd burgers, grilled cheese, and delicious innovative vegetarian and vegan food as well it fits every category needed in a group! The chef/Owner Heather Wolleck is inspired! We had a big day and were tired and wanted something fresh and nutritious. The menu was extensive. Don't be afraid of the gluten-free- my wrap was rice tortilla instead of wheat, it was so delicious! I got it wrapped around a pear salad with ginger, sesame dressing and fried tofu in it that was so perfect. We also got acorn hummus to share that was groundbreakingly different and something I will try to make at home - wonderfully good. The bowls we got were the southwestern bowl, which was nice and spicy and in our case we got barbecued jackfruit- so good - but you can get things with normal meat as well it very tasty indeed. the other bowl was pesto on quinoa and brown rice also delicious. for dessert we tried the chocolate cake, which was also lovely. I really recommend this restaurant! We felt better after eating the food, energized and happy.
