Review: So happy we found a 100% vegan bakery in Grand Rapids!!!! The bread and the bagel went crazy and we also liked the cardamom syrup too!!!! We kept stealing each others dishes and drinks!!!!!

Review: I've tried rise a few times and this was my best experience. I'm not celiac, I avoid gluten and reduce sugar. Previous visits the items were so sweet they gave me a headache. This time they had refined sugar free options!

Review: Forgive the partially eaten donut and cheesecake crumble. We were so excited to learn about this place that we already ate half the food and the kids destroyed the other donut before I remembered I wanted to leave a review. Suffice to say that we were incredibly satisfied with the food. The amount of flavor that was imparted was impressive but the really impressive part was the texture. My wife and I have been gluten intolerant bordering on some gluten allergies for the last 3 years and it is hard to find or make something and not still feel disappointed at the end. I will be making regular trips through here so that I can try a whole host of options. I'm hoping to get a cake for my wife's birthday and we got to try the death by chocolate if possible. We got: 1x chocolate cupcake 4.5/5 - the texture was a little off for us, I think the crumb was too fine maybe. but flavor was good and I'm hoping a death by chocolate has a richer/deeper flavor. 1x Vanilla donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles kids say 5/5 1x Vanilla donut with blueberry and vanilla frosting 5/5 1x pistachio raspberry cheesecake crumble dealio 4/5 - wished for more pistachio and the cheesecake texture was just kind of off. Impressive amount of flavor just didn't vibe with our flavor profile preference. 1x salted bagel 4/5 - loved the bagel texture, so impressed. But now I know I actually don't like salted bagels, just everything bagels with salt.
