Review: As someone who cannot eat gluten I am so excited to have a gluten free bakery so close to my home. I ordered food here today and was surprised at how delicious the flatbread pizza was! I could only post a picture of half of it because I ate jt so fast. The staff working today was so friendly and informative. I'll definitely be back.

Review: Ok! What a cute cute find in Zionsville! I have been meaning to try Aspasia since I heard about locally owned and in house gluten free flour plus the gluten free only coffee shop! I don’t eat gluten free but do like to try new varieties and the coffee + salted Carmel brownie didn’t disappoint. The combo was truly good and I loved seeing the cozy ambience, cushioned chairs, and a second floor with even cozier seating. My order was to go for a long journey but I enjoyed talking to the server and loved looking around. There’s in-house coffee beans and a beautiful patio overlooking the main road. Truly a gem worthy place!

Review: Gorgeous place with great, yes, great gluten free food. I had the potato soup with a roll and it was fantastic! The lemon blueberry muffin I took home with me was divinely delicious! I hope I am sounding excited, because I am! I have a gluten allergy and Zionsville does not have gf dedicated bakeries/cafes. I mean, i can just walk in and order anything on that menu and eat it! I am one happy woman.
