Review: I can’t believe this place has been here almost 2 years and I only recently found this gem. I was driving on S. Florida Ave. and was stuck in traffic when I looked over and seen the cute window characters and it made me curious. I went in and to my surprise it is a cute Italian Ice & Ice Cream shop. The owners are so welcoming and gave such good information on their products you can just see the passion they have in what they do. There are lots and lots of options and they make everything homemade. I myself have no restrictions with dairy or gluten but was willing to try my 2 samples one Ice and 1 ice cream and to my surprise the ice cream blew me away how good it was and that I wasn’t even able to tell there was no dairy or gluten in it. Me being from PA we love our water ice so I was so excited to find someplace local that has water ice like home or Italian ice as some call it but again I was blown away by the fact that it’s made with fruit and they even put small pieces of fruit in it. What a refreshing treat. I will absolutely be returning I can’t believe there isn’t a line out the door more people need to know about this little gem. I had the Coconut Italian ice, strawberry shortcake ice cream, strawberry Italian ice for a gelati and omg the flavors are amazing and I can’t wait to bring the family in. They definitely gained a new customer.

Review: Mimi’s is THE BEST ice cream in Lakeland Hands down!!! From someone who values quality healthy food but likes to indulge sometimes, I 100% love indulging here because unlike regular ice cream, I don’t feel like crap after eating it. And as a mom, I can rest at ease knowing they can fully enjoy their ice cream and not be bouncing off the walls from too much sugar and too much dairy. They use real fruit in their ice and coconut as a base for their ice cream. They always have new flavors to try and the owners are THE nicest people. They are even very cautious and aware of allergies since my son has a severe nut allergy.

Review: This is the best VEGAN ice cream I've ever had. The owner took his time to explain all the flavors. They make make everything in house and you can tell they care about their craft! I tried the mango, almond joy and coconut. They were all good but the coconut was my favorite! Definitely worth giving them a try if you're in the area!! Can't wait to go back!!
