Review: We visited this breakfast spot three days in a row during our stay on 30A and loved it! It’s wonderful to find a place that truly prioritizes health. Organic ingredients, no seed oils, and plenty of gluten-free options. The lattes were a highlight—absolutely delicious! Kudos to them for doing it right. Highly recommend!

Review: While in town for a wedding weekend, we found Prema through Seed Oil Scout. It's usually tough, especially on vacation, to find something to eat without any seed oils or gluten. This place covered all the bases and actually overwhelmed us with the amount of attractive options for us to eat. We wanted to try all of it & tried our best to do so in the 2 days we were there. For breakfast, we got Happy Gut Immunity Shots, the Berry Love smoothie, Almond Butter Toast & Tuna Salad Toast. All 3 were delicious and we couldn't wait to buy more of the tuna salad from the refrigerated section for later. We also picked up a couple delicious Kombuchas, a Blueberry Magic Scone, a No-Bake Granola Bar, Healthy Slaw & a Pesto Chicken Salad for lunch and our trip home the next day. The staff were incredibly friendly and remembered us when we came back later in the day. The only sad part was getting home and not having anymore food left. I wish we lived closer and could eat here every day.
