Review: I went gluten free in january and have all but given up bread because i just don’t like the texture of what’s available. i was in the area this weekend from schenectady and found this place via a google search and came to check out what i hoped would be a cool option for local bread, and i was blown away! the sweets were rich, and flavorful, fudgy but still light. and the baguette restored my faith that bread and i could have a love affair once more. i made the best sandwich i’ve had since making this dietary change(see photo), and i WILL be making the hour drive to get these delicious loaves again in the future. thank you saratoga gf bakery 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Review: We absolutely LOVE the gluten free sandwiches and fresh baked bread. Well worth the drive. Everything here is wonderful. We plan to try everything on their menu ... But we would come far more often if they were open later. They close at about 4pm everyday, most people aren't even out of work by then. I think it limits the amount of exposure and visitors they have. The owner, Robert, we met for the first time about 3 years ago. He is really nice and always makes great conversation!

Review: The BEST gluten free bakery I have been to. Everything tastes amazing! The Boston cream donut was perfect and the French baguette was so fluffy on the inside! And the bagels were even better than Modern bread and bagel. Definitely recommend 10/10

Review: Stopped in Saratoga Gluten Free Goods with my daughter and grandson this morning and was surprised the by the choices of gluten free items that were available. We purchased a chocolate chip cookie for the little guy, two to-go macaroni and cheese containers, a few other items. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend Saratoga Gluten Free Goods. Even if you are not gluten free - you will truly enjoy their delicious creations. We are looking forward to stopping by again ourselves.
