Review: I love Seemingly Overzealous. I live around the corner & have been visiting since the weekend they opened. I don’t normally gravitate towards non dairy ice cream but this one is oat milk based (I believe!) and so creamy you can’t tell. They’re always doing unique flavors so there’s something new to try. I’m also a sucker for the branding, their shop is bright & colorful featuring different emotions. My favorite flavors are “Easy to Please” which is a vanilla that tastes kinda like lucky charms & “Grumpy & Lumpy” Ube. Tonight I tried the chocolate chip ube cookie sandwich & to be honest when I looked at the thin cookies I didn’t have high hopes. But SO came through again, Great flavor & perfectly chewy. Long story short. There’s a lot to love here, not the least of which is the wonderful staff. So stop by, eat a cone while taking in Camp North End views or grab a pint to go with your other treats.

Review: Updated review: In all honesty, we visit Seemingly Overzealous on a weekly basis… sometimes more! Granted we are within walking distance but it’s so good! It’s been about 10months since my last review and it has only gotten better! The staff, and owners, are wonderful people and always have top-notch service! Recently they introduced ice cream Sammie’s which are amazing! The cookies are the perfect softness and pairs well with their rotating ice cream flavors! Make sure to ask what variety they have as it’s always a nice surprise to see! Highly recommend this place! Original review: The perfectly quaint ice-cream shop that just hits the spot! Fun variety of flavors that you don't find around Charlotte. Egg-free and dairy free that tastes delicious! Honestly, you can't tell a difference! Perfect way to end an evening at camp north end or to just indulge to beat the heat! Worth checking out!

Review: The ice cream is SO good! It’s gluten, dairy and egg free! The taste was amazing! We got the second date cake (chocolate brownie), can’t all be cookie (cookies & cream), forklift hug (strawberry ice cream with candied pretzels and ice cream & cake & cake (birthday cake). Every single thing we ate was SO good! The ice cream tasted like regular ice cream! The brownies, cookies and waffle cones were so good! For being gluten free they were full of flavor! If you’re in Charlotte you have to stop here for some dessert! We loved it! The area it’s located in is nice a calm. A cute little dessert shop! We loved everything about it!
