Review: We are gluten free by a healthier choice and this place did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. Amy was very kind and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this little hidden gem if you don't want to sacrifice the taste and would like to stay away from the gluten.

Review: Finally, a place dedicated to being as allergen-friendly as possible! All the baked goods and waffles are GF (and taste amazing - in Mint Hill! Even my family, who isn't GF, loved everything they had)...and vegan options (which tastes good!) are available for cheese as well as coffee! Artisen Gelato (DF, vegan from Matthews) is also available here! Yum! Love the ambiance and way space is sought to be utilized. Very clean, as well! Local artists work available to enjoy and even purchase, as well as great local finds. Love the focus of this small cafe, and owner's vision. It carries a big impact! I'm eager to make this little spot a regular for our family.
