Review: I make a point to drop in here every time I’m in Columbia. The chia pudding is incredible and so filling. It lasts me for two meals. I tried the ice cream (vegan) for the first time last time I was there and it knocked my socks off. So dense, so creamy, and guilt free due to all natural ingredients. It was everything I’d hoped it would be and more! Keep up the amazing work Tasty As Fit- y’all rock !! Please open a store front in Charlotte, NC!

Review: Truly the freshest, most delicious and wholesome food option in Columbia. I have never recommended TAF to anyone who hasn't been just as impressed with the quality of the food. Don't let the fact that it is plant-based keep you from trying; I promise you won't miss the meat and dairy. In addition to the amazing food, the staff is wonderful and the location and super convenient. I don't go many weeks without a TAF visit!

Review: Went in and immediately loved the options they had. As a vegetarian for almost a decade, it was hard to choose from with so many options, and the menus change weekly. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it.

Review: What a great option for people with dietary needs. They have a wonderful, vegan options. The fruit smoothies were delicious. Very healthy. If you’re looking for a place to get vegan options, this is your price. The only downfall is that they don’t have seating in the restaurant but when you’re out and about shopping, you can just drop in and get what you need.
