Review: This new place on LBI has a wide variety of interesting, delicious GF food with knowledgeable, friendly staff. My BL-tein with added chicken came on perfectly toasted Canyon Bakehouse bread. I ordered a side of "tots," which were little salted roasted potatoes. My partner's pork tacos with brown rice were fresh and delicious. Food was lovingly prepared in a super clean, casual atmosphere. Can't wait to go back to try a variety of desserts, some vegan too. You can feel confident eating GF at this place!

Review: My granddaughter and I had a wonderful lunch today at Mensa. I am so happy to have a place where I can bring her which is 100% gluten free. The hey ma salad I had was delicious and my grand daughter had the chicken cheese tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also bought a large chocolate chip cookie to have later today. We will definitely be back.

Review: Great little place to grab food while in LBI! We were starved and this place was great. Warm and welcoming staff, amazing tacos. Veggie/gluten options too. Ice cold bottled drinks 💯 would definitely visit again.

Review: I have Celiac so finding a place to eat can be tough. It's really nice having a whole menu to look through! I had The Birdie, 3 chicken tacos, and they were delicious. My girlfriend had the braised short rib bowl and she loved it. Tots were great too. We'll definitely be going back.
