Review: It's rare to bring my dairy free sister somewhere where she's able to eat almost anything on the menu. We scanned the bakery display and wondered what items were "safe" for her to eat and were pleasantly surprised when the helpful woman behind the counter excitedly explained that almost everything aside from 2-3 items contained no dairy! We went wild and ordered practically one of everything to bring home and sample, then got some breakfast to eat there too! I got breakfast tacos and my sister got a breakfast sandwich. Everything was great, though the homemade ketchup threw us a little. Not bad, just different. Everything is also gluten free too, and they have a great labeling system that helps narrow down which allergens are present in each item. I'm a self proclaimed bakery snob and even I was impressed by the variety and even the texture of the gluten free cake slices!

Review: Entirely gluten free bakery!! They have various desserts and pastries, breakfast, and lunch options! I am a big fan of their french toast breakfast. They have seasonal items too, which is always nice to be able to try new and exciting gluten free things! I do not enjoy the bulkie roll, but that's just my personal preference. One of my favorites that they have during the fall is their pumpkin chocolate chip bundt cake! It's so so good. There was also a time where they had vegan + gluten free chocolate chip muffins that my girlfriend and I absolutely loved, but sadly they never brought those back! Overall, there's too many delicious treats to list in a single review, so you'll just have to go and try for yourself!

Review: We recently got married in Maine and during our planning process we were having a hard time finding nut free/gluten free bakeries for sweets to serve at our wedding. On a whim, I reached out to Twist to see if there was any way we could make it work to have some of their desserts at our wedding. Without a question they said yes and helped me execute the greatest dessert table. Anyone with allergies can relate to the emotion of seeing an entire dessert table that you can eat safely (and at your own wedding!). No words for it! Thank you so much, Twist!
