Review: If you have food sensitivities (and even if you don't) you need to visit The Bakery. Everything here is gluten-free, vegan, soy free (yay!) and nut free but tastes AMAZING. The kitchen is open-concept and everything is baked fresh on site. They use only natural dyes for decorated items and offer custom order cakes and cookies. My favorites are the muffins (especially lemon poppyseed), whoopie pies and chocolate chip cookies 🍪

Review: This place is on my way to my folks' house, and it's a nice spot to stop with my little on our way there. We are vegan so finding baked goods that we can eat in a small town like Pepperell is something I never would have expected. We are not gluten free, so in all honesty it is not hard to tell that their bakery doesn't use gluten. But most of what I've tried so far is still quite good, especially the muffins. I was not a fan of the cinnamon roll, but it would probably taste better to someone who can't have gluten and hasn't had a cinnamon roll in a long time. It was fresh and warm when I bought it and smelled great, I just didn't like the texture considering that some canned cinnamon rolls are easily available to me already. Good place to stop for coffee too! Their milk options are oat milk, oat milk creamer, and half & half. So if you take dairy in your coffee, there is a little something for you. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. There's a kid's table with coloring supplies and toys as well as regular tables. I hope this place finds success and sticks around for many years!

Review: I'm so thrilled with this little shop! The food is amazing! And it is safe for my sister who is gluten free and has to be very careful. We had ordered ahead online, and had a coffee and treat while picking it up. Everything was wonderful.
