Review: I went to the City to Surf without breakfast and I came across Gluten Free 4 U after the race. I am not from the area and was so excited to try everything. I had a pie and a blueberry danish and bought frozen sausage rolls for home. It has been years since I had a pie or puff pastry. Absolutely the best!! GF heaven. The staff were an absolute delight! My boys ate the same and loved it too and they are not GF. Thank you for the taste of real food again.

Review: An amazing experience, my partner is gluten free and she was ecstatic to see all the different options of food she thought she could no longer enjoy. Have been told we will have to visit every fortnight by the missus 🤣

Review: I love this place. The food tastes so amazing and everything is 100% gluten free. I have never had a better croissant in my life. The muffins were also out of this world. They have lots of info on other allergens, heaps of frozen food to take home, and good coffee! This place is amazing

Review: Was delighted to get to this new store all the way from Fremantle and suitably impressed until I questioned my receipt after being charged $7 for a very mini vegetarian pastie given the items in the warm cabinet for some reason were not priced. The cashier confirmed that was correct because it’s vegan? Vegan vegetarian that’s a new one! Sorry won’t be back , wasn’t worth the trip to return and go past others on the way. *Extra note - if your gluten free and also react to Tapioca in the same way - EVERYTHING has this ingredient sadly. Considering there are alternatives to tapioca ( the cheaper option) it’s additionally disappointing. * The food allergy labelling on each item sold is very good and readily accessible.
