Review: The food was whole, nutritious, healthy, and carefully prepared. My wife and I are vegan, and we have no food intolerances. This place offers an outstanding selection of raw desserts for people with gluten and other types of intolerances, as well as many savoury dishes. The prices are moderate, but when you taste the food, you will understand why. The meals are packed with flavour and provide excellent nutrition for your body. I highly recommend this place for vegans and vegetarians with intolerances. You should give it a try.

Review: Was excited. Gluten free, organic, vegan. That's my language. Went for the 29.95 all you can eat. Unfortunately the food was very dry.. And it was mostly root vegetables, no soup, & only one salad - spinach with carrots, no dressing.. The desserts were better, tasty, but nut heavy. So if you don't digest root vegetables or nuts well, better go elsewhere. Reply: I visited a week ago on the weekend.

Review: It’s been almost 3 months since I enjoyed the beautiful Mother’s Day High Tea experience and I still dream of SeedsOfLife goodness… As a plant-based family trying to eat only organic whole food without refined sugar nor white flour, the dishes are heaven here, absolutely guilt-free. I wish the location was easier to access when you don’t drive (like me) and the restaurant more toddler friendly (there were no high chair and no toilet in the restaurant), otherwise I’d be at SeedsOfLife EVERYDAY! And I am not even mentioning the owner who seems to be the sweetest lady ever, passionate with health and people. We’ll come back and totally recommend this vegan gem!
