Review: Are you kidding me? This place is the bakery of my dreams. As someone who can’t eat gluten, never thought I’d be able to have such a flaky, almost-the-same as non gluten free croissant. The person I was with who can have gluten said, “this might be better than the other croissant (with gluten) I had this week in Quebec.” Also, the service was very genuine and warm. Love this place.

Review: Drove 6 ½ hours to try the food here and it did not disappoint! As a Celiac and ex baker, I was blown away by the selection, price and quality of everything. It was so hard not to try one of everything! Guess a return visit is in order to do just that 😊 Server and chef were lovely, welcoming, helpful, there was space to eat and the Cafe was very clean. My non-gf family ate here as well and loved everything. We ordered: crepe special of the day (turkey and cheese), turkey and cheese croissant, almond croissant and some other pastries. If I could give more stars, I would. In summary, this is a GREAT place for everyone to eat, but for people who are celiac or on a strict GF diet, it's heaven on earth!

Review: We could not believe how busy this place was; definitely a demand for good gluten free goodies! After trying the croissants and crepes it became obvious why it is so busy! We drove 10 hours from Michigan after hearing about the flaky layer croissants and they did not disappoint. As a group we have 3 with celiac, 1 that eats gluten free without celiac, and 2 “normal” people. Everyone was impressed, including the people that don’t need to eat gluten free. We will be back for breakfast for the next few days, and are planning on stocking up before heading home. This was worth the drive. 😀

Review: I recently visited this bakery that serves 100% gluten-free items, and I was blown away by the experience! There were so many options, especially the croissants, which were absolutely delicious. I loved every bit of it! Recommend to everyone following a strict gluten-free diet.. would love to visit again soon!
