Review: Couple, stayed 3 nights, on 2 occasions, in August. Worth a splurge since could not afford to stay at a similar place in North America or Europe. Gorgeous and quiet (standard) room, picture-perfect hotel, wonderful pool, impeccable service. Breakfast à la carte has great vegan options and the breakfast buffet is world class. Took a private river cruise on smaller boat (do not recommend eating on board (tea), awkward and distracting - better to take larger full-menu dinner boat for groups). Only cons: paucity of vegan options for lunch/dinner. Bad odor momentarily wafting into AC from nearby night market (probably only happens in rooms on the north side of hotel). However, visiting said market is great.
