Review: As a celiac this was an awesome finding in Bordeaux. Everything I tried was amazing! The pistachio cake was my fav. They even recommended gluten free restaurants for my stay in Bordeaux. The people I was traveling with are neither celiac nor gf and they still said the pastries were delicious.

Review: Such a lovely bakery, with all completely gluten free food. As a coeliac who often struggles to find gluten free meal options, this place was perfect. I had a toasted sandwich with salad, and a lovely few pastries. Would recommend for anyone, coeliac or not! The people working there were also very friendly, and the cafe itself has lots of seating both outside and inside.

Review: We’re always on the lookout for gluten free baked goods. This place definitely sits at the top of our chart! We arrived early so the store keep was able to answer all of our questions and guide us from pastry to pastry. We even picked up some savory treats for our train ride later that day. I asked for a matcha latte and it was the very best I’ve ever had outside my own home! I watched as she expertly prepared it in phases with a splash of boiling water and the matcha, then adding in heated almond milk. Normally my family doesn’t enjoy this, but I had to fight them off once they had a taste. The gallery itself is interesting to walk around and browse. More fun is that you can actually peek into the kitchen and see the bakers hard at work. I personally love when I get to see people in action. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Review: Lovely bakery. Best choice of gluten free baked goods I've ever seen. I did a search for gluten free bread in Bordeaux. Pastries and bread exceeded expectation. Nice seating area out back, staff very friendly. Thank you.
