Review: This store is truly a hidden gem! Being gluten free, I miss my occasional sweet treats.. this bakery satisfies all my wants! I haven't eaten anything here I didn't LOVE! You will never believe her goods aren't gluten free. Or keto friendly. Or vegan friendly. Or dairy free. I got Vi's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake during my last visit and... seriously, please just try it for yourself. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one bite!

Review: Nice to have a truly gluten-free bakery in this area! The people working there are really friendly and the baked goods are delicious as well. They got keto stuff too if you are into that. My favorite was the egg casserole. Definitely worth stopping in if you got celiac and a sweet tooth!

Review: Adorable little bakery with the sweetest owner. We live in the city and we only have one gluten free shop in the area that even comes close to VI’s. We tried so many things, and they were delicious. We only focus on gluten free, but Vi also offers keto, paleo, and vegan options. We appreciate the variety of hot teas offered as well. Please support this local bakery! We will be back next time we’re in town.
