Review: $48 just spent for a loaf of bread, 2 bagels. A half of a sandwich, which was not what we ordered... and a "bowl" of matza ball soup, that was not even a cup at any deli in the world. BEST GLUTEN FREE BAGELS EVER Service is beyond horrible. I have never said this... do not tip. They are horrible. The tragedy is I have celiacs and would eat there everyday. They did not get most of our order, and it was still $48. I am hardly cheap. Tipped the girl over 20% for counter service. They have no bags. Went back last week, and they messed up an order for 2 bagels with cream cheese... will never be back.

Review: I had Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate mousse cake ordered from here for my baby shower and it was so so good! Completely different from the other bare naked bakery locations because there were lots of reviews for those other locations saying the vanilla cake used was very dry. But as for this location in Huntington it was not dry at all and the cake was absolutely fabulous. 10/10!! No one could believe it was gluten or dairy free!

Review: Sad to see the previous organic restaurant leave, but was excited to see at least a gluten free bakery, until.... I walked in and looked at the ingredients of one of the gluten free breads - wow , the list of ingredients with additives looked very disappointing (see photo). The other breads did not have ingredients listed on the outer package - why? Cornstarch appears to be the main ingredient in one bread followed by white rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, corn syrup and other additives, so basically, this is the antithesis of the previous restaurant as far as healthy food. (Yeah, I know it's a bakery, but the ingredients can be less offending nutritionally). I realize there are some that can't have any wheat or part thereof, but trading a bakery experience with highly inflammatory ingredients that are the farthest thing from organic? Keep in mind that over 90 percent of corn and corn products are GMO, and the corn starch and corn syrup delivery this. All this being said, I don't know how good any of the baked goods taste, so they can be the best tasting gluten free goods out there, but what stopped me from buying any treat was the ingredient list. I wasn't looking for pure organic, but at least a more wholesome offering of ingredients, or even non-gmo which is still cost effective for the merchant. Oh yeah, the pretzel is 12 bucks? Is that a mistake? I expected a wee bit more from a bakery in Huntington Village - sure, it's not Brooklyn or NYC where there is a plethora of way more healthy gluten free bakeries (I'll refrain from mentioning other business names to be fair), but come on guys. Moving on, if you look at my other reviews, I'm not someone who just leaves a trail of negative reviews because I'm mad at the world - just post honest experiences, and most are positive. I'm hoping the owners of this new bakery will consider using more wholesome ingredients in their gluten free baked goods in the near future.

Review: I highly recommend the bagels and the bread. The bagel was light and fluffy but there was not enough cream cheese for the $3.25 additional. I cannot recommend the other items I tired (mini pie, fried ravioli, fries) they were only okay. I will be returning but only for the bread products. Grateful to see gluten free businesses.
