Review: RUN don’t walk to get a gluten free glazed donut from here! Everyone is super nice and helpful. The bread on the gluten free egg and cheese is super fluffy and delicious. The apple cider munchkin/ fritter was also fantastic, everything is a 10/10.

Review: My wife recently had to go gluten free, and we have been trying to find a good place to easily get breakfast for a date. We happened to find Birch Baked with a Google search and checked it out. We were not disappointed! We each got a breakfast sandwich and a sweet treat (she got a cookie and I got a cider donut). The food was awesome!! If I didn't know everything was gluten free, I would have had no idea. We are definitely coming back to try out other things like their pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, and the owner told us they are starting a dinner night Thursdays and Fridays with lots of great options. Top notch place filling a big need in the area. We were there early in the day so they were still making a lot of things

Review: They are a GF only facility. So no issues with cross-contamination. We got Mozzarella sticks. Apple cider donuts, a breakfast sandwich, 2 other sandwiches [chicken parm and cordon bleu]. Chicken tenders, and for later cupcakes 🧁, frozen pizzas and a loaf of bread ( like a full size loaf). Everything was delicious and amazing. We will definitely be returning soon.

Review: On a road trip searched gluten free and found this restaurant. The sandwiches were so good!! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was so good! The bread was great and unlike other gf sandwiches it's a really nice portion. The owner Dallas is great and let us sample a donut which is hands down the best gf donut I've ever had. We'll be stopping back on our way home
