Review: Bismarck recently switched to 100% gluten free and I could not be happier!! My husband is a regular consumer of gluten and says he can't tell the difference at all. I especially love the old fashioned cake donut and the blueberry raised. The donuts come out HOT and delicious. Truly the best donuts around!!

Review: So yummy! It was great to be able to eat donuts again without worrying about cross contamination. They tasted just as good as normal, gluten donuts. We will definitely be back! It did take a bit, and after we ordered they let everyone else know that only 2 of their donuts were available until the next batch was done so we will probably call ahead to make sure they have what we want before going next time. I wish they had a way to order online but hopefully soon!

Review: We love Bismarck Doughnuts! My daughter has Celiac and we are so grateful to have a safe place to get her yummy treats! 3/4 in our family don’t need to eat gluten free but we are all OBSESSED. Love so many of the flavors we’ve tried! Today we had coconut cream, strawberry cream and apple fritters. All were delicious!

Review: Really, really good gluten free donuts. I ordered one of every flavor and they fry them up fresh! They were so good, barely could tell they were GF! Wish we didn’t live 1.5 hours away or this donut shop would be a regular for our family!
