Review: This is the place for quick gluten-free bites in the Quarter. Get the calais. They're crispy, sweet, and messy, the traditionally gluten-free counterparts of the beignets. If you're able to get the chicken and waffles, get it. The waffles are crispy, chicken lightly spicy, and the whole thing is a perfectly balanced sweet-savory delight. Everyone is friendly, food arrives quickly, and there's some local art to peruse during your short wait. And the coffee's good, too. Definitely stop by!

Review: So impressed with their gluten friendly options!! Two members of my party were in HEAVEN with these delicious gluten free dishes. We went at least 3 different times over our weekend trip. I think their regular beignets were the best I’ve had honestly… There wasn’t anything we didn’t like: shrimp roll, bread pudding, shrimp and grits, duck bombs. Very good drinks as well, Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy, and their mix drinks were great! (All food pictured is gluten free)
