Review: Today, we ordered "build your own" bowls for the office - honestly, I thought people would be able to assemble their own bowls, but they came as individual bowls with the items I had chosen. It all ended up working out because the ingredients they use are all so fresh and delicious. Their meats are very high quality, and I appreciate that their chicken is halal. We ordered 2 kinds of bowls - one with braised beef and one with chicken - they were delicious and all the toppings were vibrant. The salad was also nice and fresh, and all the sauces are homemade. I think the bowls are the way to go for catering - they're so easy to grab and go and not as messy as the lettuce wraps. A delicious and healthy catering option, especially for gluten-free guests.
