Review: Cave Girl Coffee provides wonderful spaces to hang out in the unique vibe of the Prospect neighborhood. Spacious yet cozy inside under huge ceiling fans, a nice shaded patio, and they even have an upstairs deck. Their baked goods are all gluten free and are delicious whether or not you imbibe in gluten. The kitchen serves up fresh, tasty and eclectic breakfast and lunch selections. Service is fast and friendly. I think that's it. Hmm, I must be missing something. Oh yeah, the coffee is excellent.

Review: My friend and I were visiting CO and wanted to support local coffee shops. Cavegirl gave THE VIBES. They provide glass cups and silverware to encourage sustainability (instead of plastic cups and plasticware). We visited again before we left because the coffee and food were DELICIOUS. Also, gluten FREE!

Review: Quite possibly the best coffee house I've ever been in period! I am from New Jersey and I wish we had a coffee house like this! The whole place is gluten free and they really take pride in everything they serve. I ordered a vanilla latte that was delicious. And a 1/2 of an avocado with a fried egg and some greens that was so spectacularly seasoned, it just was delicious and so healthy! The vibe is so awesome. There's cool inside seating, an amazing outdoor seating area and a deck that you can have your coffee on in the beautiful morning sun. The menu for breakfast and lunch is carefully thought out, nice and light and healthy. I also had a pecan blueberry gluten free donut that was the best donut I ever had and I am not kidding you. I had a beautiful healthy breakfast and then a beautiful healthy donut! Look at my pic and you will see why I couldn't resist! I found my new happy place when I am visiting my friend who lives here in Colorado. I will be here every single day until I leave and go back to boring New Jersey. I will miss this coffeehouse! Oh, and the staff are so kind and helpful and fun. I just love this place! It's perfect! Don't change a thing. I wish they had T-shirts to buy because I would wear it so proudly!
