Review: Erica and Team, first of all THANK YOU for doing what you do. Making a safe environment and completely gluten free was a godsend to find. Erica on the website says she has mastered the art of gluten free baking and oh my goodness was she right! Even for being gluten free, she's made the best brownie and sourdough bread I have ever had in my entire life. I am gluten free because I keep our house Gluten free for my husbands sake, so I have been GF over a year now. Knowing and having tasted non gluten free sourdough bread and regular chocolate brownies.... I'd still say her's are better. She IS a master. Gluten free Jedi master for real. She really does some magic up in there from cookies to cinnamon rolls to bread loaves . I am always overjoyed to step foot in there. She's even making a custom boule loaf of bread for my husband to try with special ingredients that work well with his autoimmune disease , don't be afraid to ask. They are great listeners and helpful. Cheers. Thanks again. Def gained some weight these past weeks but mm mmm it's worth it.

Review: Such a delicious gluten free bakery!! The cinnamon roll was out of this world, and I loved the loaf of bread and magic bar we bought as well. The store was clean and welcoming. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and you can’t beat the positivity, friendly attitudes and kindness of the employees. My friend and I felt very welcomed the moment we walked in. They were very kind to our children as well. Such sweet people and again, excellent gluten free treats!

Review: My daughter gifted me a few treats yesterday that she bought while visiting Erica Joy Bakes. I have celiacs and finding GF treats that taste good is always tricky. The blueberry lemon scone was amazing! The cinnamon roll was incredible! I truly enjoyed these wonderful baked goods and we will be back for more.

Review: When I found Erica Joy Bakes, I read on her website where she says she feels she has perfected the art of gluten free baking....and I was very suspicious. 😆 I mean, perfected is a strong word! I went to check it out, and I realized that she has indeed perfected gluten free baking! Everything here, from the cookies, to the cinnamon rolls, to the scones, and the biscotti are absolute perfection. It is so amazing to finally have a place to go where everything is safe and delicious! I have been bringing and will continue to bring my family and friends who are gluten free, because this place is truly magical. Even my father-in-law, who does not eat gluten free, was convinced the cinnamon rolls were not safe for the rest of us to eat, because they were "too good to be gluten free"!
