Review: Perfect place for gluten free folks- EVERYTHING on their menu is 100% gluten free! With that being said, food is still delicious! I’ve eaten here multiple times and food is consistent! I’ve had several of their smoothies and entrees. Picture below is breakfast/egg sandwich and the breakfast burrito! Menu is different from most breakfast restaurants in that wherever you’d usually have bread/biscuit/English muffin, they substitute with a gluten free waffle. So sandwiches and eggs benny, for example, are served with a waffle. Place is very solid- enjoy

Review: Always really nice to try a fully gluten free place! The food was good but not amazing or special in any way, but it satiated our hunger after our flight in. I did get a Nutella cookie to go, we honestly threw it out it was not very good.

Review: Great find in downtown Ft Lauderdale for all gluten free menu. So many choices made it hard to pick. I got the eggs Benedict which are on the gf waffles. Super delicious! Will definitely be back when I'm in town!
