Review: Lovely location. Staff did not know what ingredients were in their food, we asked due to a dairy allergy but responded by saying "vegetables" and that they did not know. They reheated a pie from the fridge which was stone cold in the middle. They didn't know what to do when I flagged this with them and gave us 2 cold pies to replace it.

Review: It's great to have a café again at coal loader, especially one catering to only gluten-free diets, which maybe a boon for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. However, the pricing is on the higher side. Also on the weekend with an event at the Coal Loader, the café appeared very overwhelmed and underprepared. By 12:30 PM, they had sold out of everything, leaving many customers in the queue disappointed with no mention of stock running out. Additionally, there was no menu available. Hopefully, with better planning and communication, these issues will be resolved in the future unlike the earlier café.
