Review: Holy guacamole! This place is epic. I’m typically not interested and even disgusted by the thought of gluten free food (sorry gf-ers!) but this was possibly the most peng gluten free food I have ever tasted. I started with the Cheesecake caramel brownie (?), and boy did that set the bar high! Lusciously rich and thick, it was packed with chocolatey caramel goodness. Soft and decedent, it may very well be the best brownie i’ve ever had, with or without gluten. Generally, i’ve found gluten free food items to be grainy or have an odd texture however this was absolutely not the case! It was phenomenal. Also a plus that it was giant- pretty much the size of two brownies. Next I tried a donut ball. O.M.G. I believe donuts are one of the rare beauties of our world. Crunchy and airy, yet dense and fresh, the donuts were scrumptious - so delicious that they simply could not be captured in the mere english language. They were oily to an extent that moistened them, though not overwhelming, and it only added to the pleasurable experience of the meal. I also had the privilege of trying their cheeseburger. I was skeptical, as you probably are, reading this review. I know- the thought of gluten free bread scares most of us, but once again, the food was mouthwatering. The bread was unexpectedly soft, it did have a slight different texture but if I didn’t know that it was gluten free, I never would have guessed. Each component of the burger harmonised with eachother, ascending to a crescendo which sang for my tastebuds. The sweet and punchy onions, rich, moist beef, creamy American-style cheese, sweet and flavourful tomato sauce and soft plump bread resulted in a divine swell of tastiness. What more can I say? GF eats surprised me, impressed me, and encouraged me to neglect my food biases. Finger-licking good, I say. #yummy #peng #glutenfreedoesntalwayssuck

Review: So so so good. Well worth the drive from Sydney! My non-gluten free friends loved it as well. The fish burger is an absolute must have. I ordered a breakfast burger myself but tried a bite of the fish burger off my partner, and immediately had to order another. My non-GF friend (a food photographer, so he gets to try lots of places) said it was the best he’d had all year! The funnel cake and custard tarts are also delicious. Very classic unpretentious flavours. I wanted to try the whole store! Service is also very friendly and welcoming. However, seating is minimal and without much cover so it gets hot. Best for takeaway.

Review: I came in today on my way back home to Sydney after a trip to Kiama. My sister today me I have to stop by gf eats as we are both celiacs. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who were so sweet and accommodating! The fish and chips was sooo good satisfied my cravings! Definitely recommend! Satisfies both savoury and sweet cravings without compromising on flavour!

Review: I have been meaning to come here ever since I heard about it. Finally was able to go and i am amazed. First was the customer service. I said that I’d never been here before and asked what was gluten free (I have a gluten allergy), she said everything was. EVERYTHING! I was at a loss for words, never in my life had I been to a completely gluten friendly cafe/restaurant. The lady serving me was so lovely in helping me decide what I wanted. I ordered the chicken schnitzel burger with gravy and some donut balls. All gluten free. I couldn’t believe it. It was about a 30 min wait for the food which was fine because when I got it OMG I think I died and went to heaven. I could not comprehend how it was all safe for me to eat. Safe to say I left no crumbs and it was the best burger I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be coming back for more. Thank you to everyone who did their part in opening this cafe. It means so much to me that people want to provide nice quality food to those of us who can’t eat gluten. ❤️
