Review: Cathy did my wedding cake and I cannot recommend her enough! She was so sweet and accommodating of all my dietary restrictions even beyond just gluten. The wedding cake was gorgeous and so delicious, you’d never know it was allergen- friendly! Thank you Cathy!!

Review: Really really disappointed. I ordered a GF cake for my own birthday and honestly I should have just made my own and not wasted $51. I called ahead and asked for a Taylor Swift “Eras” themed cake. The person who took my order said “I’ve done lots of Taylor Swift cakes”. Great I thought! I trusted I was in good hands. She knows what to do. I went over flavors and thought I was good to go. I even sent in the cake topper I was going to put on it. Still thinking I was getting a Taylor Swift Eras cake for my Eras themed birthday. Well I went to pick up on Saturday and my heart sank when all I got was a pink cake. There was nothing defining on the cake that would relate to anything Taylor Swift or Eras. It easily could have been an Easter cake or a cake for an 8 year old girl. I even said to the person who brought it out “I don’t think this is my cake. I ordered a Taylor Swift Eras cake.” She responded that whomever made the cake “Did the Eras colors”. But it was literally just a pink cake with some haphazard gold sprinkles thrown on it. SO what Eras colors? My friend and I honestly thought they forgot about my order and just gave me any cake they had lying around. I was utterly disappointed as my birthday was the next day and there was no way to order another cake from somewhere else or get any Taylor Swift/Eras themed decorations to add to the cake in time. At that point I just told myself that hopefully the cake was really good and it wouldn’t matter that it was nothing like I wanted or expected. Nope. The cake itself was so dry, the buttercream was flavorless and grainy and the raspberry filling didn’t taste like fresh filling but instead canned or artificial raspberry flavor. I served the cake to 17 guests and not one person took more than 2 bites, myself included. I ended up just throwing the cake in the trash. I was so embarrassed. It wasn’t remotely good. It tasted old like it had been sitting for days. I’m a great gluten free baker and have been gluten free since 2016, and with all honesty it was the worst cake I’ve ever had. Again, what a total disappointment for $51.00. I had a great birthday regardless but this cake was definitely a dark cloud. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything from here again. 1st pic- of the pink cake I got. 2nd pic- I was able to add a bunch of friendship bracelets to the cake to make it somewhat on theme. 3rd- what I thought I was getting something similar to. Or anything else remotely close when when Googling “Eras theme cake”

Review: I went to this place for a gluten free cake for my husband, and it was delicious! We ordered strawberry cake and the taste was not super strong and it had really good balance with the frosting. I bought the sandwich bread and it was not that good, maybe I need to heat it better because it was a bit dry. Otherwise, I recommend this place, cakes are delicious!!
