Review: I’ve been coming here for years and truly can attest that this is the tastiest gluten free bakery out there. Every single item is executed perfectly- texture, taste, aroma, and even visual. It’s all there. Beyond that, the owner is extremely friendly- always ready with a smile and conversation and it is extremely clear that this is her passion. My favorites are the paczki in February, or the donuts the rest of the year! If you don’t have the opportunity to make it in store, their shipping is fast and packed well so that your treats arrive perfectly preserved.

Review: Today was my first visit. They have a good selection of gluten free products. Each item has a label on the shelf it's on, letting you know what ingredients they contain as far as food allergies go. My daughter can't have gluten, and it can be tricky to find safe baked goods. I highly recommend checking out this bakery. The cashier was friendly which is always nice.

Review: I'm so glad Gluten Free Specialties exists! Went for my first time today and will be coming back for sure! As soon as i heard "GF Paczki", i had to stop in and was not disappointed! Came later in the day, so selection was slim, but holy smokes! Scrumptious! Allergy labeling and dairy free items as well. Thank you for giving us GF/celiac folks a place for delicious goodies! The staff was very kind and welcoming too.
