Review: This place is the best for delicious smoothies, already prepared Vegan lunches to go or to stay, and most of all, the staff. Melanie and Chelsea were so sweet and accommodating. They gave us the best suggestions for smoothies and took the time to ask us what we wanted and were in the mood for. They had great attitudes and were laughing and vibing with us from start to finish. It was worth every penny because of them and of course, their master level skills as smoothie making!! Thanks girls and see you real soon!! - C & K P.s. the sweet potato nori roll was amazing!!! As well as their choco chip cookie and brownie!!

Review: Really cute vegan gluten free cafe! Their food is so healthy and delicious but certainly tastes just as good (and better) than the gluten non vegan version, and there's lots of to go meals like salads and soups

Review: I stopped in for the first time and I think G&T might be a weekly lunch treat! The Pad Thai salad is probably the best salad I’ve had in a very long time. I am dairy free, vegetarian, and avoid eggs so this is the perfect place for me. I am excited to try a smoothie and other menu options going forward. Exactly what we needed downtown!

Review: I'm not vegan or gluten free but I love this place. Best acai bowls, clean place, friendly and efficient staff. Try the breakfast sandwich with the impossible sausage patty. Great desserts too. Opens early.
