Review: This gluten free bakery is quickly becoming one of my favorites in Madrid. While all of the desserts I’ve had have been good, I think their cakes and donuts are the thing they do best. The pistachio donut is especially good, and it’s nice to eat a gluten free donut that isn’t just a cake or muffin baked in the shape of a donut! I would also recommend their carrot and apple cakes-sweet but flavorful and not too heavy. They also serve good coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Review: It’s a really good backery with all gluten free products made from flour out of rice and book wheat. The bread was really good and is a very good alternative for people that want to eat bread, but can’t or doesn’t want to eat gluten. Today we came again to get something sweet for a coffee break. We had a cinnamon roll and a donut with chocolate and nuts. Both things were so yummy and delicious. The cinnamon roll was sweet and the cinnamon flavor was very good. The donut was very fluffy and had a great taste. You might taste a little difference but in a good way. You won’t miss the gluten.
