Review: Hotel Villa Madonna is a great place for families who need a safe gluten-free diet. We stayed there for the second time during this year's carnival holidays as we really enjoyed our time there. However, it seems that the management is not interested in constructive feedback on how to improve communication with guests (adapting website content & informing of changes in costs on arrival). Perhaps the business is doing well without the drive for continuous improvement and customer focus. For us, this is a great deception and it remains to be recommended to explore other options with a more guest friendly attitude.

Review: Nice hotel with a gluten-free restaurant. Dogs allowed for a fee. Only issue was they didn't inform us of the checkout time until 5 minutes prior to checkout (10am) which led to a disappointed kid who was hoping to swim after breakfast and a rushed packing and check out.
